A site offering general advice and information to young people, the ‘Health’ site has a very good range of balanced information on drugs and alcohol.

Contains a wealth of information for specialist substance workers and those in social care. Some areas of site have information on young people as well.

Site has a search facility and extensive library for finding information specific to young people’s substance use.

Useful for accessing literature and training events. Again a search facility allows you to find information on young people and substance use .

A website from an organization promoting the relief of distress and poverty among drug users with an emphasis on user involvement. Very interesting and useful general information but be mindful of how it might apply to the different needs of young people under 18.

An American based site designed to be informative about drugs and related issues. Has some very useful ‘signs and symptoms’ information and activities for young people. However, some of the information is a bit technical and the advice about the law is not relevant to the UK.
